Andrew Krugly is the principal of Dewey Elementary School in Evanston, Illinois where he has served as the principal for the last 12 years. He has been involved with the PBIS Network for the past 8 years. Andrew has spoken at the OSEP Directors' Conference in Washington DC, was the co-keynote speaker at the Illinois Winter PBIS Leadership Conference in St. Louis in January 2009, and was a featured presenter at the NAESP Summer Leadership Institute in July 2009. In 2008 his school was selected for a visit by the Assistant Secretary of Special Education from the US Department of Education to observe the implementation of PBIS.
