Montina Romero, Ph.D., is Director of Exceptional Student Services in Colorado’s Fountain-Fort Carson School District Eight. She also works with the Colorado Department of Education as an RtI consultant. A former classroom teacher and school psychologist, her areas of expertise include RtI and the problem-solving process.
